Terms and Conditions

Provisional booking by telephone or email is recommended as places are limited.

Provisional bookings must be confirmed by completing the form below, unconfirmed bookings may be released. The booking form should be returned to the address above preferably with full payment or a 10%  non-returnable deposit per place. Alternatively, you could complete the booking form on our website.

Tickets will be sent to the name and school address given on the booking form.

If full payment is not received an invoice will be sent directly to your finance department. Our terms are strictly 30 days. Any alteration to or cancellation of a confirmed booking must be sent to us in writing. We reserve the right to charge in full for unwanted tickets not cancelled in this manner. We cannot accept alterations or cancellations of  confirmed bookings within 2 weeks of the course date.

Sovereign Education does not accept liability for non-attendance by students on the day of the conference. We do not accept liability for problems caused by adverse weather conditions, industrial action or disruption by threat of terrorism. No refunds or credit notes will be given for these reasons.
